Keith Spirgel is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Urban Outfitters Group, where he's been at the helm for nearly seven years, leading diverse departments such as Finance, Merchandise Planning & Allocation, and overseeing operations for their $1.2B North America business unit.
Prior to this, he has held leadership roles at prominent companies including Deb Shops, Inc., Vestis Retail Group, and Victoria's Secret Beauty. Keith's academic background is equally impressive, having earned an MBA with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Economics from Northwestern University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
