She began her career at DuJour Media, where she took her passion for editorial storytelling and applied it to audience development. She then worked on the social media and digital marketing strategy for beauty brand Trestique, where she built a loyal following who was actively engaged and eager to convert. Atalie has cultivated relationships with key stakeholders within beauty, fashion, and entertainment, and has developed a deep understanding of how consumers navigate these spaces. She is passionate about implementing innovative audience development strategies across social media platforms on a global scale.
Atalie continues to use her platform to advocate for underrepresented communities. She is a mentor for students through the non-profit BUILT BY GIRLS and is an elected council member on Condé Nast's 2022 Global Employee Council. Condé Nast’s global employee council (GEC) provides a participatory platform for employees to identify shared objectives, exchange ideas, and work together on community priorities top of mind for our global workforce. Council members are annually trained in sustainability, diversity, and change making, then work with a steering committee of senior leaders from across global company to expand the Condé Code in every market.
