Polo Ralph Lauren is devoted to offering high-quality lifestyle products in the apparel, fragrance, accessories, and home categories.  The company was founded in 1967 by Ralph Lauren as a small tie store in New York City, and has since grown into a multi-brand, multi-billion dollar enterprise.  For over 4 decades the company has used its strong image and brand equity to develop new products, lines, and international markets.  Its lines cross a number of price points and are sold through a variety of channels, from online, to department stores to independent retail locations.  Polo Ralph Lauren is known now as a company that truly epitomizes classic American style through its portfolio of brands.
