Fossil, Inc. is a lifestyle and accessories company with a focus on fine leathergoods.  Fossil products are positioned as "modern vintage" and include contemporary watches, apparel, sunwear, and accessories.  In 2007 Fossil looked to expand the brand portfolio and the overall brand image and launched FOSSIL FIFTY FOUR, a new collection of handbags sold at higher price points, and also expanded into new product categories like jewelry and cold weather gear.  The company is still working on growth abroad and their direct-to-consumer business while maintaining their strong distribution in current key markets in the United States.
