Buckingham Capital Management was founded in 1985 and is based in New York City.  The privately-held company is the asset-management arm of Buckingham Research Group, Inc.  It serves a number of clients, including high net worth individuals, corporations, pooled investment vehicles, and profit-sharing plans, by managing equity and hedge-fund portfolios and investing in US equity markets.
